Parking Lot J will be closed Wednesday, Oct. 16 through Saturday, Oct. 19 for UTD Homefest. Through traffic will be allowed on Loop Road SW until 10 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 19.   • Important Information About Absences for Fiscal Year End

    The Office of Human Resources will initiate the fiscal year end maximum leave carryover process on Friday, Aug. 29. All absence requests (sick/vacation/wellness) up to and including Aug. 29 must be submitted and approved by midnight on this date.  

  • Important UT FLEX Deadlines 

    Employees with remaining balances in the UT FLEX plan for 2024-2025 should be aware of upcoming deadlines for incurring and submitting expenses.

Working through a dedicated network of professionals, the BFSA undertakes internal and external activities to attract, retain, empower, and inspire Black & African American employees. These efforts are geared toward helping Black faculty and staff members achieve their fullest potential across the spectrum of professional development and employment opportunities at UT Dallas.

Latino Faculty and Staff Association

The purpose of the Latino Faculty and Staff Association at UT Dallas is to develop activities and initiatives that support the following four goals:

The mission of the Universal Access Employee Resource Group (UAERG) is to be a strategic partner with UT Dallas to advance the inclusion and engagement of all employees with disabilities through advocacy and education and to promote the formation of a community among employees with and without disabilities.
