Complete Annual Compliance Education Between Feb. 3 and March 5

To ensure awareness of pertinent University policies and state and federal laws, all UT Dallas employees must complete compliance education. Annual Compliance will begin on February 3, 2025, with a deadline to complete assigned education modules as Wednesday, March 5. 

The training modules can be accessed directly on the KnowBe4 platform. Employees also can log in to Galaxy and find a link to Compliance & Security Education on their Galaxy homepage that connects to the KnowBe4 platform.  

Complete all education modules that are assigned to you. For the best experience, please use Firefox or Chrome internet browsers.

For confirmation of FERPA/HIPAA module completion, refer to the lookup tool in the Portal for Enterprise Access Request Library (PEARL) for completion confirmation. Note that faculty and staff will need to be connected to the VPN or be on campus to access the “User Resource Access Lookup” tool.
