DFW Labor Market Update

The DFW labor market added a net 7,300 jobs from February to March of this year, driven by notable gains in the leisure/hospitality and construction industries.
According to the UT Dallas Office of Facilities and Economic Development, job postings fell by 1.4%, the unemployment rate dropped from 4.1% to 3.8%, and the consumer price index dropped by 0.43%.
