Jindal School To Host ITIL Training, Certification

The Information Systems Area in the Naveen Jindal School of Management will be providing a special ITIL 4 training and certification Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 2-3, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The training is followed by the certification exam.
ITIL, which stands for Information Technology Infrastructure Library, is a framework of best practices for IT service management. It provides guidance on how to align IT services with business needs, improve efficiency and manage risks, ultimately aiming to deliver value to the business.
The faculty for the August event is trained and certified by PeopleCert on the latest ITIL framework to teach lessons that prepare individuals to get certified on the latest framework of ITIL, which builds on the core elements of ITIL. The training is followed by the certification exam.
