Celebrate Exceptional Staff by Nominating Colleagues for CARE Awards 

Recognizing great work can inspire excellence across our campus. Take a moment to bring attention to a colleague who goes above and beyond by nominating them for a CARE Award. 

Sponsored by Staff Council, the CARE Awards (Celebrate Achievement, Reward Excellence) honor UT Dallas staff members who demonstrate exceptional performance, provide excellent customer service and make a positive impact on our community. 

Nomination Details 

• Eligible staff members must be regular employees, who have a full-time equivalent (FTE) of 0.50 or greater and have passed the six-month probationary period at the level of director or below. 
• The deadline to nominate a staff member for the fall 2025 CARE Awards is Friday, Oct. 31.
