The leadership team for UT Dallas’ new constituent relationship management (CRM) system will host an update Tuesday, April 29 from 2 to 3 p.m. on Microsoft Teams.
Salesforce Education Cloud and Marketing Cloud is a software platform designed to enhance every stage of the student journey, from recruitment to alumni engagement. With real-time data insights, personalized communication and streamlined processes, it is intended to help UTD build stronger, more meaningful relationships with students.
The CRM implementation process is called Project Europa. At the April 29 update, the Project Europa team will share updates about the upcoming launch of the recruitment and admissions functionality, including the new graduate admissions application.
Also on the agenda is a discussion about how Salesforce Education Cloud will help students succeed after they are admitted to the university.
