Participate in DART Survey by Aug. 22 

UT Dallas employees who utilize the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) system can help shape its future by participating in a survey, which closes Friday, Aug. 22. 

The online Passenger Journey Experience Survey was designed to gain insight into riders’ journeys — from the time they leave their home to the time they arrive at their destination. 

Survey teams will also be at various DART stops, stations and transit centers to survey passengers. Anyone taking the survey will automatically be entered to win a prize. 

The survey is part of DART Transform, a system modernization program that targets five core elements to replace aging infrastructure, improve system reliability, and address evolving passenger needs and expectations.
