Access EAP’s Article, Webinar on Collective Trauma

September 3, 2025

UT Dallas’ employee assistance program (EAP) offers up-to-date articles and live and on-demand webinars that are available to UTD faculty and staff.

This month, AllOne Health EAP is offering articles and a webinar on the topic of collective trauma. In today’s world, trauma is not confined to individuals — it is experienced collectively. From global pandemics and climate-related disasters to political polarization and racial injustice, our communities and workplaces have been shaped by repeated waves of shared distress. This kind of disruption is known as collective trauma, and it doesn’t just alter personal well-being — it affects how teams function, how cultures evolve and how organizations lead.

Learn more in this month’s article, “Healing Together: How Organizations Can Lead Through Collective Trauma.”  In addition, employees can sign up for a webinar on collective trauma, Sept. 24, from 11 to 11:45 a.m.
